Dear Parents and Students of Algebra 2, Advanced Math and Geometry at PFA,

I got a little into a rut recently and lost track of the fact that Thursday, Dec 13, 2012 was the last day of school before the Christmas break for PFA.  As a result of this, I assigned homework due for Dec 18, 2012 on a day PFA doesn’t plan on holding as a school day.

I usually give a viewing of “Elf” on the last day of school before Christmas.  That I will do to continue the tradition.

I am writing this to be completely clear about homework.

For Algebra 2 and Advanced Math, there is no homework due on January 8, 2012 as I may have stated earlier this week.

For Geometry, I am still handing out the Chapter 5 test and it is due January 8, 2012.  We’ll begin the 2013 year with lesson 6.1.  So the homework assigned for 6.1 is not due January 8, 2012.

Finally, I want to wish you all a very happy Christmas as you celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  I also want to wish you all a safe and wonderful New Year.
